As promised, here is my second blog post of the day!
I finished The Death and Life of Superman by Roger Stern over the weekend, and decided to keep up with the super hero theme with the next book I am going to read.
So, my book #3 for 2023 is Batman Forver by Peter David.

As you could probably guess from the title and the cover image, this is the novelization of the Batman Forever film, released in 1995.
The film is one of my favourites, so I’m excited to read the novel version and see what perspectives it might add to the viewing experience. I also just enjoy reading how certain scenes from the film are written out in novel format.
Below is the blurb from the back of the book:
“In the looming shadows of Gotham City, two villainous souls devise twin schemes of revenge against the city’s dark guardian. I have a couple of book reviews that I hope to get done before I finish reading this.
