Hello Nerdy Birdies!
I hope that this post finds you well.
This post is probably going to be a quick one – something of a little life update as far as my nerdy interests.
At the end of last month, I attended my very first card show with a friend. It was a small, local event, that was mostly focused on sports cards, but there were several vendors present who were selling and trading Pokemon cards.
Needless to say, this event made me fall back into the card collecting rabbit hole.
I picked up several cards; you can see them in the video below.
After walking around and seeing all of the gorgeous art and adorable Pokemon, I made the decision to get back into collecting!
My collection is very modest, and will probably stay that way. I already know that I’m the kind of person who just wants to collect the cards that I think look cool, or feature Pokemon that are amongst my favourites.
So I just wanted to make this post to say that I am going to be sharing my journey with collecting Pokemon cards here on the blog! I’ll be sharing show hauls and any packs that I open for social media.
