How was your weekend? I hope that you are doing well, and I hope that the week goes exactly as you need it to.
I’m starting off my week by sharing my comic book haul from last week. I was traveling yesterday, so I was not able to get this up when I originally planned to.
This week’s haul is quite small, only a couple of single issue comics to share with you today, so let’s get into it!
Single Issue Comics
The Joker: The Man Who Stopped Laughing #12.
The Joker: The Man Who Stopped Laughing. Issue #12. Regular Cover.
The final issue of this story – which Joker will be left standing as everything comes to a head?
Also, how will Red Hood play a role after the events of the Gotham War?
Batman #139
Batman. Issue #139. Variant Cover by Frank Cho & Sabine Rich.
The new stoty arc “Mind Bomb” begins, fresh off the heels of the Gotham War.
Bruce is all alone now, separate from his family – and he’s back on the trail of the Joker. How will be deal with his nemesis as well as dealing with Zur?
I guess we’ll find out!
And that is it for this week’s haul! Are you reading either of these stories? What are your thoughts?
I am still working on my post about the Gotham War, so keep your eyes peeled for that!
I hope that you enjoyed this short post, as always I’d love to hear any recommendations you have on series I should check out!
If you enjoy my posts, I would appreciate if you would consider giving the blog a follow so you can stay up to date with everything I post!

I am doing pretty well myself, I plan to hopefully have a chill and productive Sunday!
I’m back again to close out my week with my weekly comic book haul. This will include the comics that technically came out last week, as I was on holiday and could not pick them up until this week.
As always, I will be covering the individual issues first, then moving onto the graphic novels and collected works.
Let’s get to it, shall we?
Individual Issues
Nightwing #107.
Nightwing. Issue #107. Variant Cover by Dan Mora.
I adore the cover for this issue, and am glad that I was able to find a copy while on my vacation.
Nightwing’s pirate adventure is beginning and I am really looking forward to it! I can’t wait to see where this storyline takes him.
Batman/Catwoman: The Gotham War – Red Hood #2
Batman/Catwoman: The Gotham War – Red Hood. Issue #2. Regular Cover.
Jason has been left changed, and now we’re all left wondering what is going to become of him. Where does the Joker fit in to all of this?
I have some thoughts about this event that I will be sharing in a later post, so keep your eyes peeled for that – or give the blog a follow if you don’t want to miss out!
Batman/Catwoman: The Gotham War – Red Hood #2
Batman/Catwoman: The Gotham War – Red Hood. Issue #2. Variant Cover by Dustin Nyugen.
It’s a Red Hood storyline, I had to collect all of the covers that I could.
Batman Beyond: Neo-Gothic #4.
Batman Beyond: Neo-Gothic. Issue #4. Regular Cover.
Terry and Kyle are continuing to fall deeper and deeper underneath Gotham City, heading towards the Garden.
I like that we get some background on Kyle the Cat-Boy in this issue!
Batman: The Brave and the Bold #6.
Batman: The Brave and the Bold. Issue #6.
I’ve been enjoying this series so far, we’ve been getting a taste of all kinds of interesting stories. It’s always fun to see the Batman Black & White for the month as well.
Batman/Catwoman: The Gotham War – Scorched Earth.
Batman/Catwoman: The Gotham War – Scorched Earth. Regular Cover.
The conclusion of the Gotham War event, and Vandal Savage’s plan comes to fruition. Will Bruce and Selina be able to put their differences aside to stop him?
What will become of Gotham, and the Bat-Family, when everything is over?
The Plot Holes #3
The Plot Holes. Issue #3. Regular Cover.
I have to wait to read this one until I can find Issue #2, which I missed last month.
That’s it for the individual issues – I’m excited to see where things go now that the Gotham War is over, especially with Jason Todd. I guess we’ll have to just wait and see.
With that being said, let’s move onto the graphic novels/collected works!
Graphic Novels/Collected Works
Batman: The Audio Adventures
Batman: The Audio Adventures.
I know nothing about this series, but I thought the art style looked cute when I picked this up, so I decided to add it to my library.
SuperSons Omnibus: Super Duper Edition.
SuperSons Omnibus: Super Duper Edition.
I’ve been waiting for this to come out for months, and I am so excited to actually have my hands on it now!
I adore the dynamic of Damian and Jon’s friendship, so having it all in one spot to read is really awesome, especially as I’ve had a hard time piecing together the individual graphic novels of the series.
(I know online reading is a thing, but unless it is Webtoons, I don’t really care for reading comics online.)
And that’s all for this week’s haul! Did you like it? Did you see anything that you’ve read for yourself and you’d like to share your thoughts?
As always, I’m always open to suggestions, it doesn’t have to be something current!

How was your week? I hope that you were able to enjoy your weekend to the fullest!
My week was pretty good, I’m preparing to go on vacation in about a week or so, so that will be keeping me busy in the coming days!
I’m here to bring the week to a close with my weekly comic book haul – this one is going to be a short one, there wasn’t a lot of releases this week.
I only have individual issues to share with you this week, so let’s get right into it!
Individual Issues
SuperBoy: The Man of Tomorrow #6.
SuperBoy: The Man of Tomorrow. Issue #6. Regular Cover.
The final issue of this fun little story. It’s been really enjoyable seeing Conner as the main character, as he figures out his place within his family, and in the universe.
I’ll probably pick up the graphic novel of this one when it comes out!
Batman & Robin #2.
Batman & Robin. Issue #2. Regular Cover.
Damian starts high-school! How will he deal with having to be around regular people? And what will we learn about the mysterious Shush?
World’s Finest: Teen Titans #4
World’s Finest: Teen Titans. Issue #4. Regular Cover.
Join Wally, Roy and Garth for a normal sleepover as Wally and Garth attempt to hide their superhero identities from Wally’s parents; all while BumbleBee meets up with a potential new ally?
And that’s it for this week’s haul, like I said, it’s a short one this week! I hope that you enjoyed it regardless.
As always, I’m open to suggestions on anything that you think I should read.

How was your weekend? I hope that you’re coming into this new week feeling rested and relaxed.
I’m visiting family this week, hence the lateness of this post, though I am hoping that posting early will help make up for that a little bit.
As usual, I will be going through the individual issues that I picked up this week, and then going through the graphic novels/collected works.
Let’s jump right into this week’s haul!
Individual Issues
Batman & Robin #1
Batman & Robin. Issue #1. Regular Cover.
The Dynamic Duo returns! I’ve been looking forward to this coming out for a little but, and I, looking forward to seeing how the dynamic and relationship between Bruce and Damian develops after the events of Batman vs Robin!
World’s Finest: Teen Titans #3
World’s Finest: Teen Titans. Issue #3. Variant Cover by Evan “Doc” Shaner.
The Teen Titans attend a convention with their name on it – literally. How will they cope with fans that might be a little too adoring?
I’ve really been enjoying this more modern take on the Titans, and I couldn’t resist picking up the Speedy cover to match the one I have of Robin.
Batman: Gargoyle of Gotham #1
Batman: Gargoyle of Gotham. Book #1.
This Black Label story shows Batman facing off against a new serial killer terrorizing Gotham.
The art style of very different from what I’m used to from Batman comics, but I don’t hate it. I’m looking forward to seeing where this story goes!
The Plot Holes #1
The Plot Holes. Issue #1. Regular Cover.
The first time in a while that I’m reading something outside of the DC universe.
I’m a big fan of Sean Murphy’s work, so a story about book characters who travel to different books to make edits is really fascinating to me. This issue really just introduces the characters and sets up the story but I am excited to read more!
That’s it for individuals, let’s move onto the collected works!
Graphic Novels/Collected Works
Batman: Under the Red Hood – Deluxe Edition
Batman: Under the Red Hood – Deluxe Edition.
I’ve been looking forward to this being released since it was announced, and I finally have my hands on it.
This Deluxe Edition contains the entire Under the Red Hood story as well as Lost Days, which tells the story of Jason Todd before his return to Gotham. There is also some fun behind the scenes stuff.
I definitely recommend this if you’re a fan of Red Hood.
And that’s it for this week’s haul! Did you see anything that piqued your interest?
As always, I’d love to hear any suggestions you might have on. Omits you think I should read!

How was your week? I hope that you are all doing very well today!
My week has been pretty hectic, so I am very excited to have the day off tomorrow for the holiday.
It’s been a couple of weeks since I have shared a comic book haul with you, I’ve just been so busy that I certain things fell to the wayside, and unfortunately this blog is one of them. I am going to do my best to be better in the future.
With that being said, let’s jump right into this week’s haul – shall we?
I don’t have any collected works or graphic novels to share with you this week, so it will just be individual issues!
Individual Issues
Knight Terrors: Night’s End
Knight Terrors: Night’s End. (One-Shot). Variant Cover by Simone di Meo.
So the Knight Terrors event comes to an end. How will this event change things in the future – I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
The Riddler: Year One #6
The Riddler: Year One. Issue #6. Regular Cover.
The last issue in this prequel run to the Batman movie. I’ve really enjoyed this look into Edward’s mind in the events leading up to the film, as well as seeing his perspective on Batman.
SuperBoy: The Man of Tomorrow #5
SuperBoy: The Man of Tomotrrow. Issue #5. Regular Cover.
The penultimate issue of this run. Conner has been left for dead by the Cosmoteers. How will he come back from the dire situation he has found himself in?
As a side note – I love the cover of this one, the call back to the Death of Superman.
Nightmare Country: The Glass House #4
Nightmare Country: The Glass House. Issue #4. Regular Cover.
G’Nort’s Swimsuit Edtion
G’Nort’s Swimsuit Edition.
This is a fantastic collection of all of the swimsuit covers that have been featured on DC issues in the last year.
I think my favourite is the Nightwing one.
Batman/Catwoman: The Gotham War – Battle Lines
Batman/Catwoman: The Gotham War – Battle Lines. Regular Cover.
From one event, straight into the next. The battle between Batman and Catwoman for the good of Gotham, is about to begin – but who will come out the victor, and how will this affect the entire Bat-Family?
Batman/Catwoman: The Gotham War
Batman/Catwoman: The Gotham War – Battle Lines. Variant Cover by Jonboy Meyers.
I just love this cover so much, I couldn’t resist picking it up.
